The majority of the balloons are available in standard colors which are semi-opaque to fully opaque. Balloon colors labeled as Metallic or Pearl are shiny and are semi-opaque. Crystal balloons are semi-transparent. Chrome balloons are very shiny and super opaque. Confetti balloons are clear balloons with confetti inside. Neon balloons will give you a florescent feel, can be enhanced with a black light, and are semi-transparent. Matte balloons are more muted and opaque. Chrome, confetti, neon, and matte balloons are available at an additional charge.
