Confetti balloons are clear balloons with confetti inside and are fully customizable. Neon balloons will give you a florescent feel, can be enhanced with a black light, and are semi-transparent. Matte balloons are more muted and opaque. Chrome, confetti, neon, and matte balloons are available at an additional charge.
